Bug Description
I am currently running Ubuntu 13.04 and today I updated to firefox 22. Afterwards, the firefox process would jump between ~5% and 99%. Often it would gray out and then return. When trying to perform any sort of action (select an item from a firefox drop-down menu), try to navigate to a web site or search google using the search bar, there would be a delay of a few seconds before I would see the menu or see the cursor in the location bar or search bar. I verified that network.
