Bug Description
scrolling websites in firefox on a pandaboard got extremely slow in quantal where we ship unity 3D and the GLES driver by default for this architecture. while there seem to be possibilities to speed up firefox with a build against GLES, this would break firefox on all ubuntu arm installs that do not have GLES support by default (99% of them)
