unable to drag url to bookmarks folder in firefox

Bug Description

In kubuntu 12.04 and firefox 13.0.1, whenever dragging a url from the address bar to a folder in the bookmark menu, the menu will disappear as you mouse over contents in the folder.

Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) reached end-of-life on April 28, 2017.
