Binary package hint: firefox-themes-ubuntu

The firefox themes for ubuntu to a great job of making Firefox look like a gnome app, but the lack of menu icons bugs me. The following patch addresses this lack.

Yeah, it is a diff of a diff. That was the quickest way I could do it without making too many changes to the php scripts.

The script that generates the theme just copies the browser.css file from the default Firefox theme. The changes that I need to make are to that file, so I created a diff of the changes I am making and then added a line to the script to apply that diff to the browser.css... so the diff I'm submitting includes my browser.css diff. That's why it looks like a diff of a diff.
