Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-granparadiso

No default-search engines are turned on. All you get is the drop-down box saying manage search engines. This was with my old profile where I had some custom search engines. While the custom search engines (meaning search engines which I had added were there) but the default 4-5 which are there weren't . I tried even making a new profile but search engines are not there.

as a workaround, you can just copy the content of /usr/share/firefox-granparadiso/searchplugins/ in ~/.mozilla/firefox/*.default/searchplugins/
Works for me.
