URL "Completion" Fails

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

I do not know what triggers the following:

I use Firefox all day long. I use single and multiple tabs and tend not to bring up multiple instances. On a regular basis, address completion stops. I close out Firefox, start a new instance, and all is well.

I second this. Sometimes firefox just stops giving me url completion. After a while it might work, but sometimes it doesn't.

Same here with Lucid (10.04) and firefox 3.6.
