X not closing browser but FILE, QUIT works

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

periodically and not readily repeatable...I can not close the window with the X in the upper right corner of the window. I can repeat the problem, but not voluntarily. I was on a flash site, not sure if it is related/causing the issue

seems to happen with flash enabled pages....
