Firefox 3.5 quits all of a sudden. It just stops, and I end up back at the desktop.

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

When I am surfing the Web, Firefox 3.5 quits without warning and closes. I either go back to the desktop or a black screen. I am using Ubuntu 9.10 and have no other problems, everything else works well. I hope someone will be able to give me some direction to resolve this problem.
