Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

When I have a maximized window of Firefox it is not possible to use the scrollbar by moving the mouse cursor to the very right.
I must place the cursor exactly on the bar.
This behaviour is present since I have updated to Ubuntu 9.10.
In 9.04 I could drag the scrollbar even when the cursor is located on the very right.
