Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.5
When I enter my case-sensitive name in an edit box (using mediawiki login, for example), and a correctly-spelled but all lower-case entry exists in the drop-down of previous entries for that field, Firefox substitutes the lower-case entry for the correct entry as soon as the edit field loses focus.
Example:
Having previously entered "vikolliver" in error, I enter "VikOlliver" into the username field.
When I [tab] to the password field, the "vikolliver" entry is automagically placed in the username field.
The only way I found to get out of this is to delete the incorrect entry by highlighting it in the dropdown and then pressing [Shift][Del] - not something your average user is going to do (I had help with that).

This is a duplicate of bug #480671. Apparently, firefox will try to help you out and correct the case, since most of the time the user won't have multiple accounts that only differ in case.
