unable to open a site that says mustmupdate flashplayer

I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE E:epkg was interrupted you must manually run 'dpkg--configure -a' to correct the problem

E:cache ->open () failed, please report

also unable to update my computer due to the errors.....please help
