child window coming very slowly

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

when i try to open new child window its coming very slowly, I try to make new child window with java script like window.open('','mywin',
'left=20,top=20,width=500,height=500,toolbar=1,resizable=0');

earlier version has no problem , all are working smoothly..

Please provide a solution...
