Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
bug#1 :ubuntu firefox ignore page settings of header and tooter (set by about:config)
bug#2: and for every print always uses default page header and default footer
values can be changed only for current print... but at next print you must change it again
because firefox has bug#1
