address bar dropdown doesn't scroll

Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
I'm using 3.0.11 right now (from 9.04 release).
If I start writing some address in the address bar, then press `down` key to select more entries, the highlighting works properly. But when there are enough entries to create a long list with a scrollbar, pressing `down` many times causes the highlight to go below the visible area. Next entry is selected, but the dropdown box doesn't scroll to show that entry.
Reproduce:
- type 'w' in the address bar (or something else that results in more 6 entries and causes a scrollbar to appear)
- press `down`, until highlighting disappears
- dropdown shold scroll, but doesn't
