Menu File -> Save Page As or Right Click -> Save Image as don't work

I do not get error messages or other, I just get no response when I try to save a page or an image whether I use right click or the top left menu.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to improve Ubuntu. Could you please add more information for it by following the suggestions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs. In particular, can you reproduce this behaviour using a new profile? It isn't necessary to delete your current profile; just create a new one. Does this happen on a specific Web page or on all Web pages?

Hi Kurt,

sorry my mistake, big one.
I was going to fix the bug on the site within this week.

I backed up Firefox with FEBE (Firefox Backup Extension) and in that
profile I had set a default directory to download files from the web.
When I restored my Firefox profile that directory wasn't there and
obviously (except for me :-)) ) Firefox could not save files there;
actually I wasn't able to read any error message and that's why I
guessed it was a bug at that point.

This is caused by the extension from what i gather from your last comment.
