Bug Description

Have a newish install of Intrepid 8.10 fully up-to-date. I can make smb connections to a Debian fileserver running Samba - these appear in the Places menu.

BUT these connections do NOT appear in the Firefox 3.0.7 'File > Open' or 'File > Save Page as' dialogs.

Similarly with Jaunty / Mozilla 3.0.10.

Meanwhile Firefox 3.0.7 / Hardy shows smb connections as expected.

In all cases users' home directory has .gvfs folder with connection name eg 'prosserg on esther2' present
