Netbanking login in ubuntu not possible

netbanking login isn't possible in ubuntu 8.10 (German version)
In 'SeaMonkey' the login works correct.

The following message appears on the bank-website

Der Einstieg in netbanking ist nur mittels Java-fähigen Browser möglich. Nähere Informationen erhalten Sie unter Browsereinstellungen

My Installation:
ubuntu 8.10 German
last java is installed
mozilla firefox 3.0.8 German
SeaMonkey 1.1.12

The same firefox-bug bug existed in 'MS Windows'. It was corrected few months ago.
