Titile bar, including Min/Max, etc., always disappears with activity, since the past few weeks.
This is definitely a bug.
Sometimes the title bar remains, but it loses its background color (orange) becoming grey like the other tool bars also loses the Min/Max/close icons/menu-options

I too have similar problem except color part on Intrepid ibex,firefox 3.0.5

Same problem here. Started a few days ago (correlated with no relevant changes that I can recall). Happens every time I switch to another window or workspace: the window expands so that the menu and status bars are where the top/bottom GNOME panels should be and the title bar isn't visible. Pressing F11 (View->Full Screen) twice fixes it.

This is *very annoying*. Please let me know anything I can do to help fix this.

I just installed the updates on my Ubuntu 8.10. After that the problem has not occured. May be it will help in other cases too.
