window decorator and other problems with Intrepid and Firefox releases

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When I open firefox for the first time, it opens in what appears to be full screen mode. if I hit f11 it then enters actual full screen mode, and if do it again, it makes a normal window as expected. It also seems to have slowed down my trackpad acceleration and made everything run much slower afterwards. the effects remain even after i quit firefox. The only thing i remember doing before this problem began was switching the default from "show home page" to "show blank page". seems odd that that would cause these problems, but that's all I can remember.
