Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest version of Firefox 3.0? Thanks in advance.

Hi Micah,

Thanks for replying to this, I have some vague memory of the error it was
due to file system being full and now I faced one more issue with download
and it does not report if file system is missing.

I have set my default downloads to one filesystem which was not set to
autostart on reboot when I try to download it does not give any message or
error but also it does not pops up download window. Later I identified that
problem is with the file system not mounted.

Yes I am using firefox 3.0

Rgds,
Manu

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The original issue has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug 298303, so it is being marked as such. Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.

If you could please report the second issue as a new bug with as much detail as possible, we'll see what we can do.
