Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

in firefox:

Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced. All subtabs of the Advanced section have their various buttons and text field "cut off". Of course, resizing the window fixes this problem, but closing the window and then reopening it resizes the window to its default size.

i'm using 1280x800 with open-source ati driver. size 8 fonts.

We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest firefox version Thanks in advance.

yep this is still an issue in firefox 3.0.5. the tab displays correctly when using size 10 fonts, but gets cut when using size 8 fonts. As far as I can tell, it is a font size issue, not a theme issue.
