when trying to compose an email using windows live on firefox in ubuntu only, I cannot compose an email.

I am trying to compose an email on ubuntu on windows live hotmail but it does not let me do it. any help. thanks

I have the same problem, however this works fine on a machine running Windows 98 and firefox 2.0.0.15

yes I am at this moment using firefox 3 on winxp, no problems whatsoever. This has happened lately since windows live hotmail changed its web page style. I do not know why this problem is only on ubuntu 8.4 with the same firefox version as that of winxp.
