bookmarks are missing, cannot add new bookmarks, after upgrade to firefox 3.0.3

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

upgraded to firefox 3.0.3 today ( ubuntu updates ) ,
now all bookmarks are missing, and I cannot add new bookmarks.
I think this is a problem with the .mozilla home directory
