Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
I've been using Firefox 3.0 for some time, but I still get the "Know your rights" popup. See attached screenshot. I thought this was only supposed to be a one time deal.

I haven't seen this on the last few changes, so I guess it's fixed.
