about:crashes dosen't work

Bug Description
Please Note: This bug is on the Firefox version *3.0.1*.
I got a tip from a web podcast, which was said that you should got the detail of every time Firefox's crash report after you typed "about:crashes" in the address bar of Firefox. But this tip simply dose NOT work on my Hady.
I also told some of my friends to test, and some of them had the same problem.
