We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem, if possible specify error message. Did you try do this, from another browser? I tried to download the file on Hardy with Firefox 3 and everything went well, after this Ubuntu correctly started deb installer. We are closing this bug report because it lacks the information we need to investigate the problem, as described in the previous comments. Please reopen it if you can give us the missing information, and don't hesitate to submit bug reports in the future.
