Please see if it fixes itself by following these things:
1 make sure it is fully installed please run sudo apt-get update && sudo
apt-get dist-upgrade.
2. please try with a new profile to see if it shows up by following the
instructions at: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs

If they all fail please try to reinstall it as well as xulrunner-1.9 to
reinstall sudo apt-get remove --purge packagename write down or copy
and paste the apps it wants to remove than install all hte apps
including xulrunner-1.9 and firefox-3.0. We have ad issue about this and
it was only caused by update once new profile was used it was fixed. not
all cases but most that i have seen

Thanks for your help.

I already have some other profiles too, test with them and the new one I was created, in only one test, they are fine!
But, in my default profile, sometimes I have title bar, sometimes I don't have! This happened by simply closing and opening firefox!

Changed in firefox-3.0:
