So Mark, just to confirm, you've tried disabling all extensions, restarting Firefox (this part is crucial), and logging into the website again?
If so, can you try enabling third-party cookies and seeing if it works that way. Make sure to restart Firefox or at least reload the page after enabling third-party cookies. It is possible that the authentication is done through a third party on their website.
