Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

RFC 3986 indicates that percent-encoded characters are permissible in domain names, but an example such as http://google.co%6D gives an error even though the correct, decoded value (http://google.com) appears in the location bar. 'Try again' doesn't work, but pressing Enter in the location field does. (Note: IE6 and Opera do handle such addresses).
