Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
The version text on the "about:" page directly beneath the Firefox logo shows the version as 1.9 instead of 3.0 as expected.
This is specifically on the "about:" page, reached by entering "about:" on the location bar, as opposed to the About Mozilla Firefox dialog box, reached by selecting "About Mozilla Firefox" from the Help menu. The dialog box shows "version 3.0" under the Firefox logo as expected
Running 8.4 (Hardy Heron), updated with the latest released Firefox package earlier today.
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008060309 Firefox/3.0\
