Firefox switches back to main screen on dual-head

Bug Description

If you open Firefox on the second screen with TwinView setup, the screen jumps back to the main screen when it gets focus.
I am using Hardy Heron with all updates installed, so FF version 3.0b5.

I am now using Hardy with Firefox 3.0.3 and NVIDIA Driver Version 169.12, the problem still persists.
If any additional information is needed, I will be happy to post it.

This issue is solved in Intrepid using the NVIDIA version 177 driver (enabled in jockey) and Firefox 3.0.3.
