Bug Description

There is something wrong with firefox latvian language pack.

Steps to reproduce:
Open System->Langauge support.
Install Lat tvian and choose Latvian as the default language.
(Restart).

Launch firefox and enter some invalid URL.

Instead of error page you get this:

XML Parsing Error: error in processing external entity reference
Location: jar:file:///usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9b5/chrome/toolkit.jar!/content/global/netError.xhtml
Line Number 10, Column 3: %netErrorDTD;
--^

The same is displayed when invalid SSL certificate window is displayed.

The workaround is to disable firefox language pack from Tools->Addons->Languages.

A similar problem is in preferences dialog:

open Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Settings and you get error about invalid dtd reference.

This can be fixed inside lv language pack .jar, this file: lv/browser/preferences/connection.dtd

Change this line:
<!ENTITY gopherPort.accesskey """">

to this:
<!ENTITY gopherPort.accesskey "G">

Found culprit for the original problem:

<!ENTITY deniedPortAccess.longDesc """">

so that there are no 4 quotes in row.

This is quite serious bug: if I enter invalid URL in browser on fresh Hardy install, I get that yellow error page. That would surely confuse users.

If this is for firefox-3 you need to install gnome-language-pack now
that Firefox-3 lang packs were rolled into gnomes lang packs.
