"Reported Attack Site" cannot be overriden

Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

go to an insecure site and you'll get the red "Reported Attack Site!" warning.
Notice that there is no way to override this from the page itself. You have to go to Edit-Preferences-Security, but there's no notice on that page on how to do this.

if ffox 2 is affected it wont see this fix ...
