right mouse button pressing on url link sometimes does not open popup menu

Bug Description

When right mouse button is pressed over url link then sometimes no popup menu is shown, but other action is taken. I.e. link is immediately opened as a standalone window or as a new tab, 'Save As' dialog appears, 'Add to Bookmarks' dialog appears, etc.
