printing header and footer options have to be changed every single time you print

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

It seems that every time i print a page i have to change the options for header and footer if I want the page to print without the url, title, page numbers and date. Shouldn't there be an option to set global settings for this?

It seems it can be set in about:config, but its not apparent or intuitive in the main interface.

ubufox should allow this setting to be changed fairly easy, setting as wish list to make it more noticible.

Can you still reproduce this bug? It works fine here in Intrepid and Jaunty..
Can someone please confirm if this is still an issue in Hardy Intrepid and Jaunty. I cant help wonder if its the settings more so than Firefox But not 100% sure.

I'm seeing this bug exactly as described in Jaunty and in Karmic. Karmic is a completely fresh install and update.
