Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

On windows, if a site with a certificate signed by an untrusted CA is accessed, firefox provides two buttons behind the "Or you can add an exception..." link. On Ubuntu, it does not. It should.

I encountered this bug as well. Quite annoying as I had a lot of trouble finding out how to manually add an exception, it isn't trivial.

this feature regressed upstream temporarily and our snapshot currently in the archive was struck by that. The next upload (most likely beta3) will fix this.
