Attaching patch against Debian unstable. For ease of review, relevant
commits and tags have been pushed to the following repository:

Specifically:

* logical/3.0.11.33703.ds4-2ubuntu2 represents our split-out delta on
  top of old/debian (3.0.11.33703.ds4-2)
* logical/3.0.11.33703.ds4-4ubuntu1 represents our rebased delta on
  top of new/debian (3.0.11.33703.ds4-4)
* merge/3.0.11.33703.ds4-4ubuntu1 adds changelog and maintainer
  changes on top of logical/3.0.11.33703.ds4-4ubuntu1

Hence, the following command may produce output useful to the purposes
of review:

git range-diff --creation-factor=100 old/debian..logical/3.0.11.33703.ds4-2ubuntu2 new/debian..logical/3.0.11.33703.ds4-4ubuntu1

The attached version builds happily, but looking at the reverse dependencies (which start becoming quite extensive once they hit libqt6sql6), I'll see if some coordination is needed before uploading this...
