/var/run/firebird2 should be created by udev

Bug Description

When some binary package created from the firebird2 source package is installed on the system, udev should create automatically /var/run/firebird2 but it is not being done.

Alexandre, i guess we can mark this bug as duplicate of #33235, because both talk about the same issue. And, after motu guys (are you a MOTU?) apply your patch, both bugs will be closed.
