sysdba password is not changed via dpkg-reconfigure

Bug Description

Hello,
Via dpkg-reconfigure sysdba password is not changed, seems some configure script is not executed.
To test it try: isql-fb <DB> -u sysdba -p <somepass>
Work arround gsec, modify sysdba -pw <somepass>
