leonm and anyone else affected,

We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that was reported? Please let us know if you do.

If we do not hear from you this bug report will expire in approximately 60 days time.

Thank you for helping make Ubuntu better.

Now I use Linux mint 18.3. FileZilla has another problem - it is
impossible to change the settings because it does not respond to some
keys (e.g. Backspace or delete) does not respond to the combination
control + A. Use Xneur, but adding FileZilla in the exception and
disable the service Xneur doesn't solve the problem.

Thanks for your reply leonm. I'll close this bug report in a few days as being non-reproducible if no-one else replies.

Sorry to hear that you're still having problems with FileZilla. I would create a new bug report but follow Linux Mint's bug reporting procedures as it is their distribution that you are using. I certainly don't have that problem in Ubuntu 18.04.

Closing this as being fixed as originally reported by four users but not reproducible here now or in recent times. If anyone still sees an issue please create a new bug report so that your own log files are attached.
