Please sync filezilla 3.7.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release (LP: #1209196)
     - Fixes the following PuTTY security vulnerabilities:
       CVE-2013-4852, CVE-2013-4206, CVE-2013-4207, CVE-2013-4208
Fixed in the latest debian release, no other changes

Changelog entries since current saucy version 3.7.3-0ubuntu1:

filezilla (3.7.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release, fixing the following PuTTY security vulnerabilities:
     - CVE-2013-4852 (Closes: #718800)
     - CVE-2013-4206, CVE-2013-4207, CVE-2013-4208 (Closes: #719070)

What about debian/patches/11_use-decimal-si-by-default.patch ?

I'm unsubscribing ubuntu-sponsors because I believe a merge needs to be prepared, not a sync.

And I'm not sure if the merge is even worth doing for saucy as there haven't been any useful Debian changes.
