What about debian/ patches/ 11_use- decimal- si-by-default. patch ?
I'm unsubscribing ubuntu-sponsors because I believe a merge needs to be prepared, not a sync.
And I'm not sure if the merge is even worth doing for saucy as there haven't been any useful Debian changes.
