Bug Description

Binary package hint: file

$ file --mime-type test.ogg
test.ogg: application/ogg

.ogg file can contain video or audio.
In this case, it contains audio.

It should say 'audio/ogg'.

It seems to recognize both audio and video files as 'application/ogg'.
