Bug Description
I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 dev with file 5.11-2ubuntu4 and the mimetype image/x-tga seems not to be detected. Here is an example:

application/
Eye of GNOME and GIMP are successfully detecting this image as TGA-image. I have uploaded in the attachments the image from the example.
