The attached file will open, but not the zip file inside. This may be due to zip inside a zip or character encoding problems

I was able to open the zip file inside the archive using file-roller 3.2.1-0ubuntu1

Encoding bug is bug #177929 - is this the bug you have encountered?

The filenames are wrongly displayed but the zips open fine on the precise file-roller version
