Bug Description

При распаковке файла с русским шрифтом в названии название становится нечитаемым: "� ⥪�饬 ������� 06(102).doc (неверная кодировка)"

When you unpack the file with Russian font name in the title becomes unreadable: "� ⥪�饬 ������� 06(102).doc (неверная кодировка)"
