Could you please tell us exactly when the error occurs, when you put the file in the archive w/ winrar? or when you open the .rar file in ubuntu?
Also, could you give the exact steps to reproduce the bug? |

Thank you for your bug. The encoding of your file is not correct. Extracting on feisty works fine, then you can rename it to give it a correctly encoded filename. Marking the bug rejected, the problem comes from the filename not from the application |
