cannot open .deb, .udeb files in nautilus, file-roller

Bug Description

The file roller can recognize the .tar.gz, .rpm, ... archives but no .deb or
.udeb archives. The icon in Nautilus looks like an archive but double clicking
on it I got an error that "Couldn't display location/There was an error
launching the application"

This is strange for a .deb distribution :-)

probably needs some testing.
