Bug Description
Dapper, all up to date.
All the directories included in the archive have their original create, modify and acces time-stamps replaced with current time of when archive is created, no matter what archive type. This is wrong - original time stamps should be preserved when possible. This the default when creating archives from CLI with tar/gz/bz2/7z/zip.
