archive manager reports error upon download

Binary package hint: nautilus

im not entirely shure this needs major attention but i keep trying to download thing like java and when there opened archive manager pops up saying error

im not entirely shure this is a concern but any help or e mails telling me hoe to fix this would be very appreciated

I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.
