Bug Description

Binary package hint: file-roller

file-roller activates drag and drop (icon with +) when just passing mouse over the window (no button pressed). I am using the latest version from Karmic (2.27.3)

Related to Bug 408054 at all?

file-roller does have a lot of broken drag/drop. I think the drag and drop facilities should be redone.

I opened a simple tar.gz file and was dragging some files over to an open nautilus window.

I just tried it again, and it happens when there is a file selected. Just passing the mouse over the file-roller window causes the drag and drop to start (a document is trailing on the mouse pointer).

I think it is the same as Bug 408054.
